About the event

Bring your little yogis down to Lakeside Park Beach for some mindful movements and breathwork! We'll move through yoga poses with a nautical-inspired story.


Parents are required to stay for the class - you're welcome to participate or just observe!


This class is suitable for ages 5+. Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat. By donation
