Meet us at Lakeside Park Beach for a Great Lake-inspired flow as part of Rogers City’s Nautical Festival.


We’ll move with intention beside the water - soft, slow, and mindful of the summer heat. This class is open to all levels.


Some mats and props will be available, but if you’re able, please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Investment: $10
